In light of this, our team at Hildred House Barbados have put our heads together to create a wedding service that allows you to flexibly plan your dream wedding without the stress of trying to anticipate changes that could result in you having to cancel it.
Our new service – Barbados Wedding in a Box
#barbadosweddinginabox – this fabulous service enables you to book your wedding date just 3 months in advance and rearrange it just 4 weeks in advance if you need to.
How can we be so flexible? Well our Wedding in a Box service is off the shelf so we can arrange your wedding with a very short lead time. We don’t use third party vendors who often need to be booked and paid many months in advance of your wedding day. If we liken it to a designer’s off the peg clothing line – Wedding in a Box is still beautiful but with less customisation and without the couture price tag.
As a full-service wedding provider, we have the following services in-house so you can leave everything to our talented and experienced team to deliver your wedding ceremony and reception.
What “Wedding in a Box” provides:
- The venue – Hildred House Barbados
- Wedding ceremony at Hildred House. Beach ceremony can be arranged
- Outdoor tent and lighting
- Drinks reception
- Wedding Service and reception music
- 3 course reception meal from locally sourced seasonal produce
- Locally sourced flora for table dressing
- Wedding bouquet and boutonniere
- 2 tier contemporary wedding cake
For 2021 weddings, you can reserve your wedding day from right now up-to just three months before your wedding – a kind of Save the Date booking. We charge a small administration fee for holding your wedding date and credit this towards your final wedding bill.
