Funeral Receptions

We know how stressful arranging a funeral can be and often the last thing on your mind is arranging refreshments for guests attending or finding a suitable location to host everyone.

Our choice was to hold the funeral reception on our terraces and set out a large tent in the garden with trellis tables and chairs. It worked so well we thought we would extend this service to our customers too.

Below is the menu that we served as an example and we are happy to tailor a more traditional Bajan Buffet for your requirements. 

Hot and cold buffet consisting of:

• Beef Lasagne and hand cooked thick chips
• Chicken marinated in a lemon and herb butter sauce with Fusilli Lemon, Broccoli and tomatoes pasta salad
• Selection of vegan and meat sandwiches
• Arugula and baby-leafed salad with a carrot and coriander coleslaw
• Selection of cakes and pastries
• Soft drinks
• Teas and coffees
• Fruit Punch

We can cater for your guest numbers of 50 up-to 100 for this specialist service between the hours of 2pm – 5pm on weekdays.
